(113) And the revelations' that have descended from above, completed] The inspecting personalities of indulgences , (they are) inspecting-personalities of guidance (with a)hidden-agenda] Inspecting personalities of indulgences, spreading personal rumors', lowering the reputation of a sound-prophet, of a higher-concern< Personalities of doubled-measure, teaching the mercies to mankind] From the L'kitab , (or the book)~'Of what is the like of, the descending-love (from Allah's)] The revelations'] Inspectors' of pleasing the personalities' of mankind, not personalities of sound-prophets' (or teachers') teaching the blessings' of the falling-rain, for the mercy of mankind, with examples' of strength against oppression, the lowerings' of concern came< Thus from behind the hidden screen/ Allah's (ordained) personalities of mercies'-love (Or His-love) with clear concerns, of the raised day] The Highest-Inspector of a standing-resurrection, He, Allah (will stand before mankinds resurrection)/ Thus the lower, personalities of leadership from the dissension (of revelation will succumb under personal pressure !(of fear) Thus the personalities' (chosen) of He (or God), the personalities of higher-concern, run to teach the double-measure of welcoming-mercy
(114) And kindness< Of highest-teachers'< Complain of unjust treatment? Lowering the belief of kindness, causing obstacles' that would otherwise necessitate the hard work of clean-worship? ] Allah lowering the scriptations to the highest-teachers' of mankind, personalities-pleased(to receive)assaults', thus personalities' (ordained) for her/ the descending scriptations from behind the hidden screen/ An elevation of highest-teachers', chosen by He (God) and to spread thus personal blessings' of falling water (or pure scriptations)] With her the hidden screen/came~ The height of teaching. The inspecting-dissension of the ordained teachers' of love, of what stopped the translations' of, it is like (Allah is saying this) or He means' that, for mankind an inspector of concern< The Highest-teachings' for mankind, personalities that can handle the elapsing of time, for the dissension of scriptations] Lowering the teachings' not, as so they will remain the distance, the descending-scriptations' over periods' of intervals' in time /Came the inspector of concern, thus personal (or ordained)] The inspectors' of the Earth, silks' alluring double personality and the inspectors' of concern are thus ordained] And the descending scriptations to the ordained teachers', do not teach a middle-path of the blessing of the falling rain, lowering the personalities ordained by He (God)? Of sweetness of highest-teachings With the upon of the His-doubled-magnitude (or the help of His double- magnificence )
(115) And Allah] Lowers with dissension, the extreme repairings' of ordered revelations'] and lowers' with dissension, inspectors who suffer, with the repairing of the descending-scriptations', came with, thus the highest-teaching personalities of mankind the belief of revelational dissension, with the return of the interpreter, and stop, think! The divulgence of a secret leader and the spreading of news, fast] Allah's dissension came, lowering the teachings' for the mercy of mankind] Allah and the ordained fortunate (or the prophetic-teachers') The Highest-Tecaher, teaching the personalities of a doubled measure of leadership
(116) And the dissension of revelation, and stop, think ! Doubled-travelling (of hardship) with enjoyment] Allah and the inspectors' of perseverance]~' The guidance of descending- mercy to mankind from Hu/He (God), a raised ordination of devotion, from the guidance of the Inspector Hu,He,(God), from behind the hidden screen, the descending scriptations' to thus personalities] The inspector of the heavens' and lowering the teachings' to the Earth~' The whole of the doubled-measure of blessings', from the guidance of the inspector, Hu, He, (God), the laws' of the codes' of conduct, are the fruits' of mankind
(117) A demonstration] of the heavens' and with the descending teachings to the Earth ~' And the dissension of teachings', that are pleasing] The request of the Highest-Teacher- descending the revelation with that of intervals' of periods' of time,(thus the prophets' were dispersed over intervals' of different periods'in time)] Thus descending the teachings' for the mercy of mankind, the leader of the dissension (God), to the personalities of strength in order to correct, the guidance of the inspecting Hu,(God), a protector, or protectors, who cherish ( the scriptations) thus personalities, of receiving- dissension, through a small window, for the benefit of mankind (please wait for translation)
(118) And the descending scriptations of leadership, the revelations' from the guidance of the Inspector, will become widespread, not from a sound teacher of revelation?< Teaching the falling-rain to mankind, Ahlas, and stop, think< they are not personalities , with the essence of, it is like or similar too, lowering the revelations of guidance,(or) leading mankind towards forgiveful prayers'] From behind the hidden screen] Allah is the Highest-Teacher descending the revelations', and descending them to the doubled-rewarded prophets', lowering the doubled personalities' of mankind's' hidden agendas', the sound-prophets' of teaching the revelations] Personalities of doubled', lowering the inspectors of Love, of the revelational teachings'] The revelations from the guidance of the Inspector, will become widespread/ Descending the kindness of revelations , with the help of the lower teachers' of concern, guidance with lower-leadership,(with leaders) with the like of, the strength of, the dissension of revelations', to the prophets' of the concerned-leadership, to resemble each other, with the double-measure from the reward of the revelations< The revelations' interpreted with the help of the descending concern~' With straight-cuttings' of evidence to mankind from the descending-mercy] Not teaching the middle-path', are the personalities with hidden agendas', the revelations descending to the inspectors' of strength, in double-strength of leadership, to the personalities, ordained for the descending of revelation, with humble-reputations', for the mercy of mankind
(119) The lowering of the sound-teachings' from the dissension, to the messenger of teaching the revelations'< to' mankind'- Love, with the help of the inspector of revelations', to the dissension of realisation, a bringer of the good-news (or the good-ways)] And the mercy descended to the personalities of doubled-reward(of blessings') ~' And not double, are the, sound teachings of dissension, to result in a return away from the highest-teachers' of the guidance, to the mercy' of the lowering -inspectors' of gloomy personalities ( or sad characteristics )
(120) And the inspectors of mercy< will now and then, weaken' with the preoccupation of Love, ' obtaining the highest teachings' of the limitations', for results' of water upon waters' of irrigation', until a double flowing of unlimited-increase began< Lowering the teachings' of mercy's limitations] Allahe/ Allah's-His( lowerings' of descentions' from behind a hidden screen, the ) inspecting-limitations' and inspectors of lower-teachers' descending mercy] responsibility- of prophetic-dissension
(112)Of a certainty and kindness (embedded in the heart), the Highest-Teachers' are safe from the fault of the denial of the existence of Allah, to share a closeness to Allahe, and HE is the leading mercy of the kindness of humans', who cultivate humanity towards the poverty stricken. Will then, you defame the teachers' who have reached the peaks' of mercy, accusing obstinacy of those who have been given the teachings' of mercy towards mankind, they the teachers' who follow Allah's ordained orders'< And are these teachers' not raised with fear of their Lord, they are truly-sound teachers' of concern< And they are concerned teachers' of those who commit knowing adultery
(113)And the revelations that have descended from above, completed (Given to te teachers' who are truthful] The inspecting personalities' of indulgence, they are inspecting personalities of guidance with a hidden agenda, they spread rumors', lowering the reputation of the sound teachers' and or those who have reached prophet hood, lowering those by intention-those teachers of truth, for the welcare of the people. With the burdens' from such individuals', the sound teachers' are personalities with double measure of all qualities', to teach the different mercies to mankind] From the Book, of what is the like of, the actuality of Allah's Love, the revelations'] The Inspectors' are those who like to please the personalities' of mankind, they have not the personalities of the sound prophets' (or teachers) those who teach the mercy of crying or the softness in the heart, that flows' like heavy rain drops' from the sky/ And with rain comes' the gift of herbage in the Earth/ For the Mercy of mankind to benefit from/ they come with examples' of strength against the oppressive regimes' of untruthful inspectors/ thus the lowerings' of the concern came and or descended in the best interests of mankind< Thus from behind the hidden screen/ Allah descended His teachings' to the ordained trustworthy teachers', those of and who are capable of teaching the mercy of Love's (compassion) Those are the teachers' with clear concerns for the raised day] Allah is the Highest Inspector of the standing resurrection on the last day, He (Allah) Thus the lower personalities' from the descending revelations', will succumb under the persona -pressures' through their fear of Allah and concerns' for the welcare of humanity/ They run to teach the double measure of welcoming mercy (with difference of approach)
(114)And kindness of the Highest Teachers' complain of unjust treatment ? Lowering the belief of kindness, causing obstacles' that would otherwise necessitate the hard work of clean worship? The teachers' that have reached the peaks' of mercy, do not let such small details' hinder their approach of clean-worship ( the time for and or during the prayer, the heart of those, they remove the wordily objectives') Allah lowering the revelations' to those teachers' please to receive hardship of assaults', thus the personalities' ordained for her- her meaning the hidden screen/ the descending scriptations' from behind the hidden screen/ An elevation of the Highest Teachers', the teachers' who have reached the peaks of mercy, they are those chosen by Allah to spread the personal blessings' of the given-mercy of the falling water, or compassionate crying, with softness of heart, and or the pure scriptations' that descended from the Highest Mercy, Allah/.......................................
