(The) Descending practises (of given laws through the last set revelations)/ From behind a hidden screen/ (The) Shading (of the Shadow's of the internal-sincere-confessions', through the establishments of the prayer, the safe guarding of the soul)/ From behind a hidden screen/ (Allah's puts a question to you) And not (and or, did not Allah send an ) Inspector (and or inspectors) chosen (for the highest-scriptational revelations of the) Highest-Revelational-Teachings-Descending?
